Expressing your needs clearly is no easy task.
I offer a hands-on approach, working closely with each stakeholder: I listen, ask the right questions, and restate what I’ve understood.
The method then consists of pulling all these elements together to get the full picture.

You will have a clear diagram showing how stakeholders and operations flow together.
This is a particularly effective tool for presenting and discussing process improvements.
I typically work in PowerPoint, but I have also used dedicated tools such as Signavio if that is of interest to you.

As a Business Project Manager (AMOA), I often act as an interpreter between business teams and IT, or between you and the integrator or software vendor.
I have worked as a Supply Chain professional at Le Tanneur & Cie, and then as an ERP integrator at Sopra Steria.
This Business Project Management service is a combination of both areas of expertise.

This is the purely methodological part of my service offering. I was trained at Sopra Steria and even taught integration methodologies at Master’s level for 5 years at IPAC.

The choice of method (Waterfall, phased, Agile, etc.) and tools (DevOps, custom Teams lists, etc.) is critical, it keeps all teams in sync and ensures the project is truly under control.

In any project, you work with the tools chosen at the start of the phase. Having tested many different approaches across multiple projects, we will find the right solution together.

I work both on structuring the training plan, most recently on SAP S/4 HANA, covering 100 modules and 50 learning paths, writing the specifications, rightsizing the services to meet the budget, and overseeing the production of training materials.
And also as a trainer myself, drawing on 5 years of teaching experience at Master’s level in Supply Chain.

Simply because your teams are more comfortable expressing themselves in French, I can translate technical language to convey your needs in English, and vice versa. This proved particularly valuable at Saft Batteries, where the software vendor was English, and at In Vivo, where the subsidiaries were Scottish and American.
