  2. Ongoing communication: monthly newsletters, written with a genuine focus on usefulness and plain language, that make project progress tangible and reduce anxiety around change.
  3. Management engagement: interviews and video messages from business directors, anchoring visible leadership commitment where it matters most with operational teams.
  4. Ground-level relay network: facilitation of key-user and business champion communities, the essential local relays for surfacing difficulties and adapting the programme in real time.
  5. Test management: structuring collaborative testing across 80+ contributors. Standardised workbooks by domain, an anomaly tracking tool in Teams, and a Power BI dashboard giving real-time visibility on solution quality and test progress.
  6. End-to-end training plan: from catalogue design (modules, profiles, learning paths) through to tendering, budget sizing and production supervision.
